Color-shifting ink feature patch embedded in polycarbonate

Color-shifting ink features are usually printed onto polycarbonate. This method causes limited visibility and cost effective waste. A breakthrough newly developed technology of OVD Kinegram eliminates both of these negative aspects. The color-shifting ink feature is combined with a hot-stamping foil feature and together, both elements are embedded into the polycarbonate of an ID card, driver's license, or passport datapage.

This new method guarantees 100% quality with an unsurpassed visibility.

  • No investments for printing machine needed
  • 100% quality
  • Avoiding of costly waste of PC
  • Significant improved color-shift effect enables better detection of counterfeits
